Other Polaras in Film
Polaras have starred in a host of great car chase Movies. Most noteably in the flick "Dirty Mary/ Crazy Larry" in which Peter Fonda goes on the run with his co-horts after robbing a market. Polaras naturally give chase, including a "Souped up" Interceptor driven by Officer Hank. In a priceless scene Hank asks the departments motor mechanic "Whats my top end?", the mechanic replies "UUUUUNLIMITED!". Lots of Polaras in the movie........ A MUST SEE for Polara fans!

Another fun flick is "Gumball Rally". Gotta love the inginuity of two off duty patrolmen who rig up their Polara Squad to run in a race from NY to Long Beach California!! Best line in the movie --- Gary Busy: "ITS THOSE DAMN FAKE COPS AGAIN". Check it out ..you'll love the whole movie!
Some other "Rainy Movie Day" titles with Polaras include the original "Gone in 60 Seconds", the original "Freaky Friday", "Sugarland Express" and one of my all time favorites...the 1973 version of "WALKING TALL" with Joe Don Baker.
