Over the many years I've had the "Big Ole" Dodge we have had the good fortune to go on a lot of great adventures and meet some very special people.
On our usual run to the Adirondack Nationals Car Show in Lake George NY, we met up with Stacey David from the tv show GEARZ as well as Danny "The Count" Koker and "Mac Daddy" Kevin from the series Counting Cars. All of whom were gracious enough to autograph Sarge's CHP mileage log book.
Another of our adventures found us headed to a Comic-Conn of sorts with our friend Jason Rittner. Alot of famous people doing their usual autograph sessions. Of peticular interest to Jason and I was Mr. Peter Fonda. Since he starred in "Dirty Mary/Crazy Larry" in which the 72 Polaras were a main-stay of the production, I thought "how great to get his signature"..well he was VERY accomodateing and took to autographing Sarge's glove box door!
Being around so many famous people Sarge inevitably found himself in movies. Dressed up with "Corlear Police" magnetic markings and a temporary light bar, the dodge made its debut in "Winter of Frozen Dreams" with Kieth Carradine and Thora Birch. It is always fun to see ourselves in pictures...no different to our cars in print. There is a special feeling when your car is the subject of a news blip, Calendar or magazine article. The down side is that the writer or author sometimes takes liberties to make it a better article, its one of those things where you just have to smile and roll with it!

Larry and Erik were VERY accomodating, I was fortunate enough to get my picture autographed, but then they autographed SARGE's glovebox door as a bonus!! GREAT GUYS in real life!!
